All students who plan on participating or trying out for a sports team, band, dance or any other activity at McIntosh next are required to have a physical on file. On Wednesday, April 14 2010, we will have doctors here at school from Resurgeons Orthopedics to conduct physicals for a cost of only $10.
If you would like to have your physical conducted here at school on that day, please come by the front office prior to April 14 and pick up a physical form and other information.
